Judith L. Glick-Smith, Ph.D., is the author of Flow-based Leadership: What the Best Firefighters Can Teach You about Leadership and Making Hard Decisions. She is also the co-editor and co-author of Visionary Leadership in a Turbulent World: Thriving in the New VUCA Context and Exceptional Leadership by Design.
She is the President/CEO of MentorFactor, Inc. and the Executive Director of The Center for Flow-based Leadership®. She is a recognized expert on flow-based decision making and flow-based leadership. Her area of expertise is in personal and organizational transformation facilitated by her Flow-based Leadership Model™ of visioning, strategic planning, leadership development, communication, and knowledge management.
Judith's doctoral studies in transformation focused on flow-based critical decision-making processes of firefighters and EMTs in the midst of critical incidents. This became the foundation for her current work facilitating flow-based leadership and decision making in the workplace.
